There was a change back in 12.12 which "fixed" scavs on some maps, but totally broke them for Shoreline. Scavs now only spawn in Resort, Bus Terminal, Power Plant, Weather Station, Blue Fence Construction, Pier, Gas Station, Scav Island, Ammo Truck and Double Weapon Boxes (and Rock Passage sniper scav).
Removed, was too easy for players to rush resort then jump off a balcony with a loot in their butt and extract. The mapgenie website is up to date as well. They have all the spawns and exit marked but the part with road to lighthouse still looks like it did before 12.12.

That's one thing that is weird with the maps in the game, is that they are not oriented north-wise. The Lighthouse map, for example, has its North on the left side of the map, when you are looking at it on your screen.
8 Φεβ 2023 · As an Escape from Tarkov player myself, I can definitely urge you to turn your head to Shoreline when you get the chance. This map in particular is a guaranteed moneymaker and has some amazing loot rooms. The only problem is that they are locked behind doors the majority of the time.
