The Massachusetts State College Building Authority is a public instrumentality of the Commonwealth charged with financing, designing, constructing, and overseeing the management of revenue-funded facilities - housing, dining, athletic, parking, and other student activity facilities - for the nine state universities.
Chapter 766 is the Massachusetts law which guarantees the rights of all young people with special needs (age 3-22) to an educational program best suited to their needs. Team evaluations and Annual Reviews are conducted to develop an ongoing individual education plan (IEP) that ensures an appropriate education.
Provides funds for youth ages 14- 22 in placement to support positive youth development, such as bus passes, SAT fees, athletic uniforms, sports fees, senior class expenses, etc.
