24 Φεβ 2009 · This 5.8-mile dirt road runs across the park from North Carolina to Tennessee. Riders are encouraged to keep speeds below 20 mph here as there are many sections with steep cliffs. While camping is not permitted within the OHV area, several campgrounds are located nearby.
Offering 40 miles of trails, Upper Tellico’s 8,000 acres are known for great fourwheeling. The Tellico River crosses this high elevation basin’s rugged, steep terrain. Most trails are open to all types of off-highway vehicles; one trail is restricted to all-terrain vehicles only.
30 Ιαν 2009 · The Tellico Off-Road Vehicle Area in North Carolina’s Nantahala National Forest has over 40 miles of off-highway vehicle (OHV) trails—twice as many as are legally allowed by the U.S Forest Service. Poor management of the area combined with four-wheeler abuse has resulted in thousands of tons of sediment being washed into the Tellico River.

9 Σεπ 2013 · The Trans-America Trail is a dual-sport motorcycle adventure designed by Sam Correro. Sam did a truly great job of designing a route that consists of about 80 percent off-pavement roads which crosses 4,800 miles of the U.S. from eastern Tennessee to the Pacific coast in Oregon.
17 Δεκ 2018 · The Tellico Adventure Trail is four planned gpx tracks with over 700 miles of forest roads, trails, and local backroads. The track file is available to guests. We also offer multiple day guided rides, contact the Farmhouse Inn for details. Offroad recovery and basic repairs are also offered.
