Tension-type headache (TTH) is a neurological disorder characterized by headache attacks ranging in severity from mild to moderate, dull aching bilateral pain around the temporal region, feeling not unlike a pressing or tightening band (that is non-pulsating) around the forehead, neck, shoulder, and sometimes behind the eyes [2].
