mods.tf. You can search through a library of nearly 2000 community-made mods to replace any cosmetic item in the game! The site does all the heavy lifting, packaging the mod into a VPK file that you can simply drop into your custom folder.
How to install: 1.) Put the .smx in the plugins folder, and the .sp in scripting. 2.) Download the attached zip, and drop the folder in configs. 3.) Done. Commands: !wear - opens the menu or acts as search bar, for example, "!wear Halloween" it will find any cosmetic with that tag.
For each cosmetic, I edit the cosmetic model to only include arms. Then adjust their rig so no clipping occurs if I can help it. Then the plugin detects if you put on a certain cosmetic ID and applies a viewmodel cosmetic over top of your normal arms
