11 Οκτ 2020 · So the simple answer is: you don't need a series resistor on the LED pin. But if you do, it needs to supply sufficient current for Q1 to saturate reliably. If the backlight is too bright, use PWM.
23 Ιαν 2024 · Use our helpful LED resistor value calculator to determine what resistor value you require for your LED lighting. Discover the right resistor value with our LED resistor value calculator, incorporating the principles of the law of Ohms and the formula of resistance.
28 Σεπ 2023 · In the datasheet of the MIC4801 you can set the maximum current output of the MIC4801 by determining an appropriate resitor value on the RSET pin. You can determine the appropiate resistor value using the following formula:
25 Μαΐ 2021 · Features: 2.4 inch LCD TFT display. Bright, 4 white-LED backlight, on by default but you can connect the transistor to a digital pin for backlight control. Colorful, 18-bit 262, 000 different shades. 4-wire resistive touchscreen. 240 x 320 resolution. Spfd5408 controller with built in video RAM buffer. 8 bit digital interface, plus 4 control lines.
The 1K2 resistors are required to protect the display being damaged by the 5V logic levels from the UNO, these limit the current flow. Ideally we could use a level shifter but the resistors work fine. Update 2/2/2015. You can also now use the 2.2" QVGA TFT SPI display based on the ILI9341 driver.
DigiKey's LED series resistor calculator uses supply voltage, forward voltage, and forward current values to help you identify the correct series resistor.
