It has ads. It's not worth it. The Bay is an okay movie, entertaining, but not worth watching ads.
If possible, avoid all information about it, so you can go in blindly. I think you'll have the best experience that way. All I will say about it to you is that it is a Found Footage film, so if you're a fan of the genre it's a must see, but if you don't like that genre then I'd probably avoid it.
