The Cloak is a ten minute video about The Cloak and his sidekick Robert Mitchum's floating head fighting communism. It is a reboot of the 2004 video of the same name. The film opens with The Cloak firing flaming arrows into the city and Robert juggling chalupas and singing.
Essentially, The Cloak was supposed to be a character that was very obviously flawed, and that people didn't like (but not portrayed as just some "clearly unlikeable cartoon monster"). Instead what happened is that a lot of people "look up" to The Cloak, so to speak, and while people may think that he's flawed, many also see him as a "good guy".
The Cloak is literally unlisted because people didn't get that "The Cloak" isn't a "good guy". The Cloak hates "commies", and the video attempts to make it clear that you shouldn't like anything about The Cloak.
You'll find these videos on playlists on either the FilmCow or FilmCow Extra channels on YouTube. I'm paraphrasing here but iirc Jason said he made videos he's outgrown or no longer proud of over time unlisted, but he hasn't completely deleted them.

Very nice, I love this animation. It is an extremely good paraody of the communist conspiracy propaganda, and the Cloak character cracks me up with his attitude towards everyone. The music you made was very good as well, I'm disappointed I can't download it!
