Parking: Patients who park in our clinic parking lot on SW Taylor Street between SW 12th and 13th will receive three (3) hours of free parking during their appointment(s). To receive the discount, you will enter a parking validation code when you get your parking stub at the pay station.
We have a free parking permit that you can apply for that will allow you to park at Wheelchair User Only parking stalls. Apply for FREE permit. I’m visiting a meter district and have a Disabled Person Parking Placard. Vehicles must display a valid state Disability Placard.
Price: FREE. Documents you need to provide: copy of current disability placard, a certificate of disability completed by a licensed physician (form included on application) Print and complete application.
