When in full screen mode, the subscribe logo expands to a diagonal line across the screen. Normal in windowed mode. See attached photo. This problem goes away when I disable hardware acceleration in Chrome (latest as of now: Version 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (64-bit)) settings. My chrome://flags are all at default settings.
Restart Chrome and try watching videos again, this setting forces Chrome to use your CPU instead of your GPU so if it works then something is wrong with either your graphics drivers or your GPU itself.
It's free on Steam but the package isn't currently showing because they update the store pages slowly. SteamDB pulls the information directly from the Steam API so it's more up to date. That install button is just giving you the normal Steam install link.

5 Αυγ 2024 · Quickly Fix the YouTube Fullscreen Glitch. The first thing you can try is pressing "F11" (Windows + Chromebooks) or "Cmd + Shift + F" (Mac) when you have a Chrome web browser open. Sometimes extensions or browser themes cause the issue, so check and disable any if needed.
It works fine with most applications, but when it comes to trying to full-screen a YouTube video it does this weird glitch. (excuse the video, It was just what I was playing at the time.)...
7 Απρ 2020 · 1) Right-click on the stuttering YouTube video and select Settings. 2) There would be a tick-box for "Hardware Acceleration". 3) Untick and restart Chrome to see if the problem has solved.
