I guess so, Utrecht is using the same OSIRIS system and my status is "conditionally approved". Did they send you the letter of acceptance by mail with all details? You can be either unconditionally or conditionally accepted, the latter means you have some other steps like sending your diploma etc.
All your documents for the visa application must be supplied through Osiris. After a positive evaluation of your diploma, we will send you an email asking you to log back in to answer questions and provide documents for the study visa. Make sure to respond to this email promptly, as earlier deadlines apply to visa students!
