Tier 2 is designed to supplement Tier 1 strate-gies and includes small group intervention and more frequent progress monitoring. Tier 3 in reserved for small numbers of students who are not making adequate progress with Tier 1 and Tier 2 interventions and require more intensive interventions and assessment (Brown-Chidsey & Steege, 2010).

1. Introduction. 1.1. Clinical Picture. Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common mental disorders in childhood [1, 2]. ADHD is characterized by the three core symptoms of inattention and/or hyperactivity and impulsivity.
The present paper reviews and synthesizes contemporary evidence-based reviews for school mental health interventions for children with ADHD across the preschool, elementary, and middle/high school levels to provide an overview of recommendations for best practice for school mental health practitioners.
