TodayTix is 100% reliable for Rush and lottery (for those they work directly with shows/theatres). They're a lot less reliable for regular tickets because they're basically a re-seller (or really a pre-seller). You tell them what they want and they will literally send someone to the box office to buy them.

28 Μαΐ 2024 · Is Today Tix and their “concierge” delivery service legit? Looks like some great deals and minimum surcharges per ticket ($12.50) compared to other outlets, even the actual show websites. Please advise NYC theater experts.
Most of the time, yes. I've done a lot, a LOT of research for cheap and discounted tickets, and I've found Today Tix is pretty much superior to all other websites. For some shows though, especially Lincoln Center ones, they are much cheaper at the box office. It depends on what show you want to see.
