   Terrible customer service experience. I was unable to use a ticket as multiple flights to get to London for show cancelled due to adverse weather. Tried to contact the company ahead of the event to see if a refund could be given.

   Fantastic Customer Service - Alejandra is the best! The ticket prices are always the lowest around so Today Tix is my go to service. The app is easy to use. Most importantly, their customer service is beyond expectations. I made a mistake and purchased tickets for the wrong day.

   TodayTix always has the best prices, but now I'm even more impressed by their customer service. I had an unexpected issue with my ticket (completely my fault) and the TodayTix customer service rep, Jenny, was efficient, generous, and kind in resolving it for me.
