Organic gags have a higher damage, heal (for toon up), or accuracy (for lure). You plant the gags and trees grow. You can only have on track fully organic though as there are only 8 tree spots per toon and in order for a gag to be organic, all lower lever gags of that track must also be organic.
I would say definitely choose Sound, Lure, and TU, and choice of drop/trap. Sound works to clear many cogs at once; TU is helpful for runs with other people especially if you're duoing a building; Lure gives you turns to heal up/not take damage and is useful in boss battles (such as VP) and versus stronger cogs. 2.

Gag trees are trees that can be grown in a Toon 's garden at their estate after obtaining a gardening kit by purchasing one from Clarabelle's Cattlelog. A Toon is given eight slots for trees around their house where gags can be planted to become organic.
