Towns is a city-building/rpg game in which you lead a small settlement, housed over a dungeon, to glory! Players start off with a small group of settlers and must set up a town, acquiring resources by chopping down wood and building buildings, much like other real time strategy games.

There are several different types of heroes and they have different personalities: some would rather eat, sleep, idle around the town or steal your stuff than to actively explore. Additionally, some heroes have a high morale and will assist Townsfolk in need of help.

Towns is an isometric-view town building/dungeon exploring simulation/management game that draws on inspiration from other games such as Dungeon Keeper, Diablo and, most famously, Dwarf Fortress. You take control of a small settlement of Townsfolk , and must, through commands and production queues , ensure their survival in a hostile environment.
