The ProCharger is due for an oil change so I thought I’d toss it on here for people to check out but don’t listen to me, ask a professional.
10 Δεκ 2016 · Oil should be changed sooner than later if your running a smaller pulley. You can actually use mobile one for your supercharger oil. Typical a supercharger with the stock pulley will go more miles before a rebuild maybe 150,000.

An increase from the standard 5.4 - 5.5 qts. oil fill level to a 5.8 - 6.0 qts. is available for our trucks. This is especially an important mod for those who race their trucks at the track, or who rev the piss out of their daily driver on the regular.
8 Δεκ 2013 · As Per Magnusson " You will also want to make sure you are using a 50/50 mix of distilled water and antifreeze in the intercooler system and can be changed out the next time the engine coolant is replaced. I would also recommend checking the intercooler level at every oil change interval.
8 Μαΐ 2012 · I figured out a way to change the oil on my 1st gen supercharger without losing any oil on the motor. I removed the bolts that bolt the nose cone assembly to the blower housing. Then instead of separating the nose cone at the gear drive flange, it separated at the flange to blower housing.
