I would probably do this: - put computer in 4U server case (which is basically an ATX mini-tower size, but with rack mount hardware) - put server case in a shock-mounted rack case, like an Anvil or SKB case. - remove GPUs and other heavy internal parts before travel.

I used to have a Phanteks evolv X that was small and thin enough to squeeze on as a plane carry-on (though I don't recommend it). It is a pain to build in and you will need a SFX PSU. There's also the cube-shaped Thermaltake mini-itx case.
