The Ottawa Hospital provides virtual care appointments in any of the following ways: Direct-to-Patient video appointments: through a secure Zoom link you can access from your Ottawa Hospital MyChart. Telephone: through a phone call. OTN virtual appointment: through the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN).
