The Unemployment Compensation (UC) program provides temporary income support if you lose your job through no fault of your own, or if you are working less than your full-time hours. For questions or concerns about your UC claim, please call PAULA virtual assistance at (833) 755-0882 .
The UC system allows claimants to apply and manage UC benefits anytime, anywhere. Self-Services available include: Filing or Reopening a Claim; Checking Claim Status; Viewing Benefit Payments; Filing a Benefit Appeal; Managing Personal & Payment information; Obtaining Federal Tax Documents
After you have filed your initial application for benefits or reopened an existing application, you must file a certification for each week in which you are totally or partially unemployed. You can also call us at (888) 255-4728 .
Ready to file a claim over the phone? Call 888-255-4728 Monday through Friday, any time between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM, and Sundays from 6:00 AM until 11:00 PM. If you need to change your direct deposit information or track down a missing benefits payment, contact the PA Treasury Department at 877-869-1956.
