1 Μαΐ 2018 · After working on this with Apple, and specifically Celestine at Apple Support, we figured out that the Mail Server that they were recommending of : mobile.charter.net was inaccurate. It should be: IMAP.charter.net. you can use this for both incoming and outgoing.

2 Οκτ 2018 · About a month ago, nearly all of my dad's phone calls on his iPhone X began going to voicemail. Oddly, he could receive calls from me, and we discovered that if someone else called and went to voicemail, then hung up and immediately re-dialed, their calls would go through.
21 Σεπ 2018 · Calls are going straight to voicemail with no missed call alert and without the phone ringing. If the person leaves a message the VM pops up but the phone hasn't rang. Calls aren't forwarded and do not disturb is not on. I've tried hard resetting the phone and removing then reinserting the Sim card.

3 Αυγ 2022 · This has been happening on my partner’s iphone and I’ve checked all the settings and can’t find a reason. Just happened on my phone as well. Phone or watch don’t ring and call goes immediately to voicemail. I’m at home in wifi with wifi calling on and decent cell signal strength.
