I have found a solution. First, you go to your Chrome Settings. Then go to the extensions tag and click on Ublock Origin's Detail button. Then look for the "Intrusive ads" permission setting. If it is set to "Block" set it to "Allow". I am unsure if this will work for everyone, but it worked for me.
