Students can pay their charges online via e-Check with no additional fees. To do so, please refer to the above instructions for Making a Payment Online via CalCentral.
Payments and Refunds. There are several options available for paying charges on your student account. Paying charges through CalCentral allows for payments to post to your student account in real time. Please note that payments made to your student account will apply to the oldest charges first.
Refunds, graduate student stipends, and any non-payroll university payments to students, except Emergency Loan checks, can be directly deposited to your bank account.
The Berkeley Loan is available to eligible undergraduate students enrolled in at least six units, are California residents, and demonstrate financial need based on the Financial Aid Application, Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act Application (CADAA).
If your financial aid payments do not cover all of your charges, you are responsible for paying the remaining balance. You can use any one of the available payment options. The Billing and Payment Services Office also offers a Fee Payment Plan (FPP) that allows you to pay your semester tuition and fee charges on a monthly plan.
Payments. Overview. Your tuition and fees are billed through CalCentral. Billing statements are produced monthly online. For the most up-to-date information about your student account, including new charges, adjustments, aid disbursements and payments, access the “My Finances” tab within CalCentral.
The principal loan amount and administrative fee are due approximately 60 days from the date of the application of the loan. Financial aid awards, loans, or other credits to your account may result in the loan balance being paid before the due date.
