Entry Fees apply for all entry into the park. We do not charge hikers or bicyclists who enter the park on foot or by bicycle. There is no parking available outside of the park.
The Department of Parks and Recreation has established rules and regulations to protect park areas for the enjoyment of future generations as well as for the convenience and safety of the park visitors.
Here is some information about the application process: Each application will have multiple sections, which are to be completed in a sequence. Each application will have a set of documents which are to be uploaded by the applicant in pdf format with a file maximum size of 5 MB.
