Faculty must submit final grades electronically, through MyUCLA Gradebook or Gradebook Express, by the published deadline. The instructor in charge of a course is responsible for determining the grade of each student in the course.
[UCLA Academic Senate regulation A-332(A)] Instructors must submit grades no later than 10 days after the last day of finals for fall, winter, and spring terms, and no later than 10 days after the last day of any given summer session.
All grades for a completed term are accessible through MyUCLA no later than two weeks after the last day of final examinations. If grades are not available, they have not been received from the instructor or are still being processed.
Students may make changes to or from P/NP grading through the sixth week of instruction using MyUCLA.
Typically, grades are due 10 days after the last final for a given term. The schedule for grade deadlines can be viewed via Registrar’s website: http://www.registrar.ucla.edu/Faculty-Staff/Grade-Submission-Deadlines. Instructors must submit their grades electronically via MyUCLA.
2 Δεκ 2022 · At this time, we do not know when grade submission deadlines will be. We have requested an extension. Please watch your inbox for a notice from the Registrar. For undergraduate students, the impact of delayed submission of grades grows with the length of the delay.
Online Instructors who missed the grade submission deadline are now able to submit late grades electronically through MyUCLA rather than using the paper The UCLA Linguistics Department’s normal business hours are M-F 8am-12pm, 1-4pm.
