Waiver & Reinstatement Forms. Students are automatically enrolled in CampusCare and assessed the CampusCare fee on their tuition account along with mandatory fees. Students have the option of waiving CampusCare by showing proof of current insurance prior to the deadline date for the semester.

25 Οκτ 2023 · The Spring 2024 Enrollment/Waiver period begins November 1, 2023. Students who do not go online to waive out, or submit verifiable health insurance information will be enrolled automatically in Student Blue, the University sponsored plan, and will be billed $1,392.40 each semester.
All international students in F-1 or J-1 status must purchase the University student health and accident insurance plan (or opt out through the universities hard-waiver program if other acceptable health insurance has already been purchased) throughout their program of study at NC State.
