The University of Indianapolis (UIndy) is a private United Methodist Church -affiliated university in Indianapolis, Indiana. It offers Associate, Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees. [ 5 ] It was founded in 1902 as Indiana Central University and was popularly known as Indiana Central College from 1921 until 1975.
Established with a mutual desire to promote educational exchange and international cooperation, sister-school programs and articulation agreements facilitate exchange of faculty members, undergraduate and graduate students, visiting scholars, and administrators.
Indiana Partners offer a reduced tuition rate for IU Indianapolis students enrolling from select states and meeting additional criteria, such as a minimum GPA or specific program enrollment. Students in Indiana Partners tuition states save an average of 57 percent.
