Ulnar neuropathy is mostly a numbness/tingling problem. If the biggest symptom is elbow pain, and numbness/tingling is minor then tendonitis/arthritis diagnoses should be considered. Ulnar nerve surgery for the main goal of improving elbow pain is often not successful.
