Pain at the inside of the elbow experienced with physical activity is most commonly due to tendon and bone (tendonitis/arthritis) problems. If there is also numbness and tingling down into the ring/pinky finger then ulnar neuropathy is a possibility. Some people also experience cramps in some of these hand muscles as part of the ulnar neuropathy.
