UC Press, Luminos, and Open Access. Q:What is Luminos? Luminos is UC Press’ new Open Access (OA) monograph publishing program. It will make a version of the digital edition of scholarly monographs available free of charge to anyone around the world.
Submit. Representations welcomes submissions of previously unpublished manuscripts. Send digital files, including a short abstract, to the editorial office address below. We regularly publish in-depth scholarly articles of around 9,000 to 12,000 words, including notes.
