The University of Tulsa School of Nursing baccalaureate nursing program is approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. Graduates of this state-approved program are eligible to apply to write the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) for (registered or practical) nurses.
The nursing curriculum consists of 60 semester hours of sequenced courses incorporating theoretical (in class and online) and clinical content. Graduates of the program receive a BSN degree and are eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination- RN (NCLEX-RN®) for licensure as a registered nurse.
