16 Οκτ 2024 · The U.S. Department of State issued an updated Travel Advisory for Egypt on October 15, 2024. This is a regular update, replacing the earlier Travel Advisory dated July 13, 2023. The overall Travel Advisory level remains at Level 3 and has not changed. Updated information related to the Sinai Peninsula and country summary.

9 Μαΐ 2023 · Passengers traveling to Egypt are not required to take a COVID-19 test to fly to Egypt. Egypt’s COVID-19 entry restrictions were lifted on June 17, 2022. Previously, travelers who did not have a valid vaccination certificate needed to take a COVID-19 PCR or antigen test before flying.
10 Αυγ 2020 · The Egyptian Civil Aviation Ministry announced that, starting August 15, foreign visitors to Egypt must have a negative PCR test for COVID-1, at most 72 hours before arriving on Egyptian territory. Egyptian citizens, and tourists travelling to coastal tourist governorates (Red Sea, South Sinai, and Matrouh) are exempt.
