HOW TO REGISTER A TEAM. Click the green “Add Team” button to create a new team. Click the green “View Teams” button to view any team’s that you have already registered. On this screen, you will add information about your team and select your Registration Option.

ADULT TEAM REGISTRATION FORM. Click on the document link for team registration Form for 2022. Adult team registration starts on January 1 and runs till the end of December each year. When you register with USA Softball each adult team will get a $2,000,000.00 lability insurance policy.
