You must have quotation marks around the actual exe path, and a space after the binPath=. More information on the sc command can be found in Microsoft KB251192.

27 Σεπ 2016 · I can understand and even respect the non-server argument, but Microsoft allows me to use Win 7 to “serve” file and print services, internet connectivity, telephony, and web pages/apps to up to an unlimited number of clients if no more than 20 connections at any given time.
There's nothing wrong with using Windows 7 as an app server if the performance envelope of the OS is adequate for the app and you have sized your app appropriately. For example, I've got a few systems out there that run Windows 7 as the backend for point of sale software.
