15 Νοε 2024 · Talk with a Help Desk advisor by phone. Log in to My Help Center and click "Create a Case" or view status of existing cases. Email the Help Desk at 4help@virginia.edu. Be as detailed as possible. Choose another method if you need immediate assistance.
Accessing Epic Remotely through UVA Health Apps Portal. In the event this method does not work for you, there are other ways to access Epic, including installing a Health System VPN. Most students will access imaging from within EPIC so they will not need to access PACS directly.
