I've just created a simple & lightweight open-source video memory stress test that works on any device supporting vulkan API: memtest_vulkan. The tool I found was best so far for vram testing is "MemtestG80". The official version generates lots of false positives, but the open source branch works fine. You can find the source here: https://github.com/ihaque/memtestG80
