Anyone who has wanted to get into Modular, now might be a good time. With the 2.2.0 update, VCV Rack 2 is an AU Plugin, no need for recording/exporting or some VST-to-AU Wrappers. Gives me a lot more incentive to dive into its full capabilities!

On first launching VCV Rack, you are presented with a template patch that provides a nice overview of the signal connectivity required to create a MIDI-controlled, multi-oscillator monosynth. Two critical modules here are VCV Audio and VCV MIDI to CV.

24 Νοε 2022 · VCV Rack Pro is now available for VST3, Audio Unit, and CLAP. Get it for only $129 before November 30. I just updated to 2.2 and it can not find any of the SurgeXT mods used in a previous patch. Also, the SugreXT mods do not show up in the library browser.
