4 Μαρ 2019 · I am thinking of expanding my setup with some hardware. I won’t have loads of money to spend, so I need to make a choice. I am in doubt whether it is more useful to invest in a Beatstep Pro to use as an external sequencer, or in a Behringer Neutron to integrate a hardware synth in the setup.
Download and install VCV Rack. Register for a VCV account and log in using Rack’s “Library” menu. Add or purchase a module on the VCV Library. Open the “Library” menu in Rack, click “Update all” (if updates are needed), and restart Rack once downloaded.

1 Δεκ 2021 · Free download. There is a commercial version now which’s distinctive feature over the free version is that it works as a VST plugin inside various DAWs. But there are many other convenient changes that are also available in the free open source version again. Here an overview video of the new features:
I'm all about Rack 2. Love the QoL features that come with it. I like the idea of the Pro version and loading it up as a VST, but the price difference between the Free and Pro versions seems... stark? Does it include any of the other paid first-party modules, like Chords or Scalar? Any chance of a future price level that includes everything?
