The Thermal Structure of the Venus Atmosphere: Intercomparison of Venus Express and Ground Based. Observations of Vertical Temperature and Density Profiles.
15 Σεπ 2017 · Venus atmospheric structure profiles obtained from different techniques using Venus Express and earth or earth orbit telescopes are compared. The techniques include solar infrared, stellar ultra violet and radio occultations, spectroscopy, photometry and atmospheric drag.

The rest is dominated by argon and the other noble gases, plus carbon monoxide, a small amount of water vapour (by terrestrial standards), and a large amount of sulphur dioxide (again compared to Earth).

It also includes remotely gathered measurements and some extrapolated and modeled data for the lower atmosphere. The composition tables are divided in four categories: noble gases, reactive gases, noble, and nonnoble isotopes.
