17 Φεβ 2023 · Thus bringing us to the fix that worked for me: Once restart completes, install KB5022498, it should install now and prompt for another reboot. You can check Windows Update and it won't show as needed and it will show installed as well. The KB can be found in the Microsoft Catalogue server: KB5022498.
