Much to my delight (and part of the reason we went) I was able to get two reward seats in Business Class (Air Tahiti Nui calls it Poerava Business) through American Airlines (this was before the Coronavirus hit).

11 Απρ 2024 · We tried to use the ATN booking reference number American Airlines provided to assign our seats through Air Tahiti Nui's website. No seats were showing available (maybe because our trip is less than a few months away?). We called Air Tahiti Nui, and they allowed us to pick our seats for $30 a person per leg.

The B/E Aerospace Diamond seat is found on numerous airlines, including American, Delta and United, but is better suited as a premium domestic seat rather than a long-haul business-class seat.
