The total amount of the fees to be paid by an applicant = visa fees + application service fees in cash. 4. For Express Service (3rd working day collection), you will have to submit your application before 11 AM, and pick up your visa after 3 PM the 3rd working day afternoon.

Please submit your application to Chinese Embassy/ Consulate General based on your State of residence (Locate a Visa Office that serves your state). You may submit your application in person, or use an agent (Power of Attorney not necessary).
