17 Ιουν 2023 · To be eligible for an interview waiver, applicants must also meet certain criteria, including that they: apply in their country of nationality or residence. have never been refused a visa (unless such refusal was overcome or waived). have no apparent or potential ineligibility.
If you prefer to have an interview with the consular officer due to urgent travel, however you are unable to schedule an interview date earlier than what’s available online you may qualify to submit a request for an emergency appointment.
10 Απρ 2024 · I-94W is the nonimmigrant visa waiver arrival or departure record form that must be completed by every nonimmigrant visitor who does not have a visitor’s visa. This applies to people who are citizens of the countries referred to in 8 CRF 217.
