TLDR: Weapon Repair Kits are worth keeping and using. I did some quick math on whether it's worth it to keep a Weapon Repair Kit (WRK) to repair your guns or to sell it and do it yourself. I have a 94/100 M4A1, so it would take 6 durability to repair back to full.
Weapons can be repaired with Weapon repair kit, Prapor, Skier, Mechanic. Leveling up the loyalty level for Skier and Mechanic will increase the repair cost while Prapor has no price difference on any loyalty levels.

The armor repair kits offered a much better repair rate than Prapor at a slightly increased cost depending on what you were repairing. The price for these settled around 300k, and quickly climbed to 800k+ after Nikita's flea market tweet.
