Admission requirements. In order to be eligible for admission to a VU Amsterdam degree programme, an applicant will need to fulfill certain admission requirements. It is advised to check the programme admission requirements before starting an application.
All students seeking admission to an English-taught Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme with an international diploma are required to pay a non-refundable €100 application fee. Only after you have paid this fee will we be able to start the assessment of your application file.

This is not a selective master's, so in principle if you satisfy the admission criteria, you should be admitted. The criteria can be found in the TER, which is linked here. See Article 7.2 (Admission requirements) in particular. Answers: Be sure to check Nuffic for your country whether your bachelor's degree is WO-equivalent.
