The Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee can be reached by telephone at (423) 265-2261. The office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except on holidays and staff training.
In addition to this website, the Trustee provides online case information to creditors and debtors. A debtor can view activity in his or her case, if desired, by accessing the website www.trustee13.com. To access your account information, select Kara L. West as the trustee.
Individuals filing Chapter 13 bankruptcy are required to complete a Personal Financial Management Course offered by a provider approved by the United States Trustee. Lauren A. Helbling, Chapter 13 Trustee is an approved provider and offers an online-only course through the Trustee Education Network (TEN).
