To book an appointment online: Visit the immunization scheduling page and sign in to your Walmart.com account. Enter the patient's full name, date of birth, and select Continue. Select a vaccine type and select Continue (E.g. Shingles). Select Find an appointment. Or select Add another patient to schedule multiple people.
