Make your @arena1,2,3 macros for things like Fear and Spell Lock and then you can macro amplify curse with your curses if it makes it easier on you. Example: /cast [@arena1] Fear. /cast [@arena2] Fear. /cast [@arena3] Fear. Same for Spell Lock/kick or whatever.
