The California High School Speech Association worked with coaches across the state of California to create judging instructions for the four CHSSA sanctioned debate events (Parliamentary Debate, Public Forum, Policy, and Lincoln-Douglas). Free for use at all tournaments in the state of California.
This page is the official home of the WBFL, in Area III of the California High School Speech Association. It governs speech and debate at the league and state qualifying level for schools West of Pomona and South of Mulholland Drive.
Submit suggestions for rule additions, deletions, or changes to the Competition Rules Board of Directors by completing the Rule Change Submission Form.
All of the tournament registration sites can be found on tabroom.com (search for wbfl). Remember: to be eligible for the state qualifier tournament in speech, debate, or Congress, you must have competed in a league tournament in a league speech, debate, or Congress competition.
