CHSSA - Debate Judge Instructions. Debating is a largely self-regulating activity where all the participants understand the rules and respect the need to follow them – that’s part of what kids learn in debate better than almost anywhere else in their education.
All of the tournament registration sites can be found on tabroom.com (search for wbfl). Remember: to be eligible for the state qualifier tournament in speech, debate, or Congress, you must have competed in a league tournament in a league speech, debate, or Congress competition.
